On the Road again! We = Me, Wife, Dog and Caravan! Are heading north again to escape the WA winter and head to the Tropics! That’s the beauty of Australia- it’s so big and one can follow the Sun ! I’m retired now from Chefing and Teaching but still Travelling and Writing, and of course Cooking- always! So watch this space as it’s going to be a long journey! 

Also I will be updating my social media and created a few ‘shorts’’ or ‘Postcards’ of travel and food of course. So will put on  links and I should be on Blogger, LinkedIn and YouTube. 

Hopefully improving my media skills as I go, and lots of Exploring of course. Also testing out some small Tapas like dishes as I go - like Tasters for my next book- like Albondigas meatballs here, but served with a fresh Horseradish Sauce I made from my local garden club, after someone said there was horseradish in the ground. So I added a Spade to my tools and and here we go! 

Oh and a Frittata, another great Taster dish for camping 👍

Catalan Spinach

Subscribe to my Youtube channel below folks for another live video on Catalonian dishes. This is the lovely Spinach & Pine-nut Dish-very quick to make/just a 10 minute video. I was in a rush (life!) so I mentioned  chicken from last week, just ignore that-its live! i also toasted the pine nuts in the oven but all details are in my recipe on my website on the 'Classes' page. This video shows the main points. For Vegetarains you can miss out the Ham and replace with another seasonal veg of your choice. Enjoy!
