Just been down to my local Oriental Food store to stock up on ingredients from Malay, Vietnam and Thailand ready for tomorrows class on Malaysian cuisine. Including a delicious but HOT 'Thai Sriracha Chilli Sauce!" 2 more recipes from my book, inc the authentic 'Nasi Goreng' and the tasty 'Malaysian Chicken Curry'. For those Chef-Explorers who purchased the book, but are not 'Down Under' , this is your chance to ask any Q's, whilst I am HOT!..Well,. I just tasted the Chilli sauce for one thing!!
Chef-Explorer ‎'A Taste of the World' cooking course has at last started in me 'hometown' of Ellenbrook! I took the team on a journey to China last Wednesday evening for some extremely tasty 'Chinese Chicken Wings' (which my son Jamie polished off later, with a 'Yum'!) Then off to Germany for a winter warming Goulash. Nice bottle of Red later to wash that down. British Isles this week folks, off to Yorkshire and Devon!
