The Chef-Explorer has been well busy back teaching full time Commercial Cookery students in Perth 2011, so as to earn my 'Bread & Butter' so to speak! However, I have also been busy setting up my Facebook page, rather than blogging, presenting more 'Taste of the World' Events, creating 'Chef Explorer Tours' , improving my website and generally promoting book 1. Its all go you know! Now I have all that in place, I can get back to Writing Book 2, Bren's Blogs and scrawling my observation on the odd Facebook wall. Talk soon!
