CHEF-EXPLORER

 I am retired at last from Chefing and Teaching , but still Travelling and Writing! So two elements retired from the business card! However, after 50 years of working, I have over 50 years of Diaries to dip into for many a tale to tell! Firstly, back to the present , I am Travelling around Australia again, through some ancient land in the great North West. We can’t believe we have travelled 2000km ( from Collie where we live) in a week already! And we ain’t even got to Broome yet ! 😳

On the Road again! We = Me, Wife, Dog and Caravan! Are heading north again to escape the WA winter and head to the Tropics! That’s the beauty of Australia- it’s so big and one can follow the Sun ! I’m retired now from Chefing and Teaching but still Travelling and Writing, and of course Cooking- always! So watch this space as it’s going to be a long journey!  Also I will be updating my social media and created a few ‘shorts’’ or ‘Postcards’ of travel and food of course. So will put on  links and I should be on Blogger, LinkedIn and YouTube.  Hopefully improving my media skills as I go, and lots of Exploring of course. Also testing out some small Tapas like dishes as I go - like Tasters for my next book- like Albondigas meatballs here, but served with a fresh Horseradish Sauce I made from my local garden club, after someone said there was horseradish in the ground. So I added a Spade to my tools and and here we go!  Oh and a Frittata, another great Taster dish for camp...
