Catalan Spinach




Subscribe to my Youtube channel below folks for another live video on Catalonian dishes. This is the lovely Spinach & Pine-nut Dish-very quick to make/just a 10 minute video.
I was in a rush (life!) so I mentioned  chicken from last week, just ignore that-its live! i also toasted the pine nuts in the oven but all details are in my recipe on my website on the 'Classes' page. This video shows the main points.
For Vegetarains you can miss out the Ham and replace with another seasonal veg of your choice. Enjoy!
