  UPDATE 2026 As I navigate through a new year of semi retirement (50 YEARS Working!) and a new blog, I realise that I am better at navigating my way around the world and around a recipe, than on social media! So bear with me.  A profile to come and my latest Books link to follow. I have been mainly spending the 2020's , teaching Online Cooking Classes, then Travelling to Asia and Europe (2025) and this year around Australia.  But I am still available for cooking classes at schools in the South West of WA and Online classes, which were popular in 2024. Catalan Spinach

Subscribe to my Youtube channel below folks for another live video on Catalonian dishes. This is the lovely Spinach & Pine-nut Dish-very quick to make/just a 10 minute video. I was in a rush (life!) so I mentioned  chicken from last week, just ignore that-its live! i also toasted the pine nuts in the oven but all details are in my recipe on my website on the 'Classes' page. This video shows the main points. For Vegetarains you can miss out the Ham and replace with another seasonal veg of your choice. Enjoy!
