Besides my love of cooking and travel, my other great love is Music and The Chef Explorer has been presenting my 'Music Explorer Show' at my local community Radio station for the last few years. This year I have at last combined the two! So for all you local Chef Explorers Tune in to Radio Ellenbrook 88fm every friday night from 4-6 where your ears shall be treated to 50 years of Pop Music enriched with a different country and recipe every week!   UPDATE 2026 As I navigate through a new year of semi retirement (50 YEARS Working!) and a new blog, I realise that I am better at navigating my way around the world and around a recipe, than on social media! Catalan Spinach

Subscribe to my Youtube channel below folks for another live video on Catalonian dishes. This is the lovely Spinach & Pine-nut Dish-very quick to make/just a 10 minute video. I was in a rush (life!) so I mentioned  chicken from last week, just ignore that-its live! i also toasted the pine nuts in the oven but all details are in my recipe on my website on the 'Classes' page. This video shows the main points. For Vegetarains you can miss out the Ham and replace with another seasonal veg of your choice. Enjoy!
