Just been down to my local Oriental Food store to stock up on ingredients from Malay, Vietnam and Thailand ready for tomorrows class on Malaysian cuisine. Including a delicious but HOT 'Thai Sriracha Chilli Sauce!" 2 more recipes from my book, inc the authentic 'Nasi Goreng' and the tasty 'Malaysian Chicken Curry'. For those Chef-Explorers who purchased the book, but are not 'Down Under' , this is your chance to ask any Q's, whilst I am HOT!..Well,. I just tasted the Chilli sauce for one thing!!
